The product development plan is managed according to customer's master schedule through professional management tools and processes. Mold design plan is specific for each mold, ensuring that every tiny problem is resolved and does not affect the general plan.

Advanced machines and technology help COSMOS shorten exploration process with sustainable quality and precision. Exploration time for a product may vary from 3 days to 2 months subjecting to the complexity of products.

With amble capacity and morden measuring equipment, we always ensure suitability of the products from input material inspection to work-in-process part and, end-product inspection The precision of measuring equipment is also guaranteed by a strict management process .

With target to ensure quality from origin, at each manufacturing stage, we equip inspection tool (inspection jig) for the staff so that they can self-check component quality at their stage before moving to the next stage.

To sustain the Kaizen culture, COSMOS learns and implements QCC activities so that the staff can detect the problems and conduct quality development within their working area.
